Hi, I'm Robyn Koenig

I'm a certified professional coach and small business consultant. Through my unique hybrid approach, I consult with small business owners by providing suggestions, ideas, insights, and resources on how to get them where they want to go with their business, and when they get stuck I can then coach them through the process.

My goal is to help small business owners, who are feeling overwhelmed and confused, become more organized, focused and energized without wasting valuable time, resources and energy.

Many small business owners start their business in order to help people, not necessarily because they want to run a business, so they may lack some of the key fundamental systems for long term sustainability

Small businesses typically have to pivot after a period of time causing fear or concerns it will result in a loss of business or customers but avoiding change might be costing them the opportunity to grow

Small business owners are passionate and many will do whatever it takes to maintain the business and their customers, sometimes at the cost of their own health and well being
